Just forgot to make this work if you had already disposed of Drelas before installing. Fixed.
Added an optional version for "Interesting NPCs".
Just a little thing to fully transfer the estate's ownership to the player when Drelas meets an untimely end. The cottage can then be used as a basic, functional player home with safe storage, comfy bed, and on-the-house draconic neighbor. "Why?" Well, why not?
This must load after mods that edit the same Cell and/or Location (e.g., lighting mods, interior fog mods, fireplaces mods, embers mods, fire mods, doll mods, brothel mods, I-overhaul-anything-just-because-I-can mods, and so on and so forth.) In case of doubt, better have a previous look in SSEEdit.
The version with fertile soil edits the surrounding landscape and might conflict with other mods.
