Removes the Map button for VR.
I made this in a few minutes for my own use, so buyer beware; all I did was remove the map button, to encourage myself to use the equipable map instead.

The optional file "No More Map - Unbound M" is for those truly without self control; it unbinds the M button from the map. I made it optional in case of conflicts, but it's unlikely for any to come up; I changed the keyboard_*.txt files, to change the M button to register as the N button which does nothing by default.
Known issues that I don't particularly care to fix: pressing M will make your screen flash back, and if you are persistent, then you can just keep mashing that M button to eventually get the map to come up, but seriously it takes dedication, it'll be quicker to just wander around till you find what you're looking for.
