One Spell to boost your Alchemy and Speech to level 100, just by creating one potion and selling it cheap.
No scripts, just derivates of vanilla spell and perk. ESL-flagged ESP.

After installing and activating this mod a new spelltome will be injected to your inventory. When you use it, you learn an Achemy Level 100 Boost Spell.
This one isn't as easy to handle as those spells from my last mod. No fire and forget - boom level 100.
Nope, this one requires a bit more action, but no real grinding. (Besides ditributing all those magicka/health/stamina after your level boost.)
You'll need an Alchemy Station and some ingredients, so you have to wait ingame until you get your hands on those.
Let's assume the player character just got "Unbound".
On the way down from Helgen to Riverwood, there are lots of blue Mountainflowers, useable for brewing Restore Health Potions, along with Wheat or Blisterwort, both sold by Orgnar in the Sleeping Giant Inn.
Barter some of the whine or cabbage you brought from Helgen for one Wheat. (Cheaper than Blisterwort)
Cast the spell and use the Alchemy Station to create one potion - levelling up Alchemy to 100 in the same Moment!
To get Speech up to 100 you need to visit Lucan Valerius, because stubborn Orgnar or Alvor the blacksmith won't buy your potions until you get the merchant perk of the speech skilltree.
So you will have to sell the ridiculously expensive potion cheap to Lucan, but get all his money and 85 levels of speech (15 - 100), still beeing player level 1 unto that moment.
Now begins the real grind: Distributing all te Attribute points until you can either set the perk points or make both skills legendary.
If desired, you can repeat this until Orgnar and you run out of ingredients, but be cautious: If there are at any time more than 255 unassigned perk points in your skill menu, you'll loose these!
Yeah, I know, everybody can get the same result by using an artfully scripted cheat mods like this one, one of those nifty bat files out there, or simply using the console. But for me doing it this way is sooo much more immersive.
Oh, never ever use this spell with my smithing-alchemy-speech-level-100 cheat ring equipped. The created potion would have a higher value than the ingame calculator can handle, resulting in a big, fat zero - so that won't work! You can have them both active, just don't use them as combo.
Installing/Uninstalling:
Possible anytime without messing up anything. Just make sure the spell effect has worn off.
