Reworked patch between Solitude Expansion mod and Solitude Radioactive.

- Add a new pathway between the new outskirts and the main street, with navmesh and decorations.
- Deleted some floating and unecessary clutters.
- Made patchs for Lanterns of Syrim II, Realistic Water 2, Better Roads, Immersive Laundry and Solitude Enhanced.

The patch for Solitude Enhanced is based on the patch from Solitude Enhanced page called Enhanced Solitude Expansion. It places the houses from the near main entrance of the city closed to the Katlas farm.

Request: the mod need to be clean of the undeleted navmesh from the main patch plugin. I don't want to make irreversible mistakes so i need help.
I don't have CTD but fps drop and i think it comes from undeleted navmeshes.

EDIT : Updated version 0.99. Some adds and tweaks. I've cleaned the file but still exist some deleted navmeshes. Let me now if it works.

EDIT : Add two files that REPLACE Enhanced Solitude Docks and Solitude Docks update in order to make that mods work together.

I advise to use Solitude Exterior Add-on mod with Solitude Expansion/Radioactive or with Enhanced Solitude Docks/SolitudeDocks Update.

Didn't test the patchs yet as i remade my installation. Feel free to comment, feedback, etc...
