The Imperial Legion is well known for it's success and it's well trained soldiers. If you meet them in Skyrim, you most likely are not impressed by their appearance, because almost all of them wear Light or Studded Armor without any protection against Skyrim's harsh climate and thus don't look that formidable.
Well no more!

The meshes of the imperial boots and gauntlets were edited by me to reduce clipping with the sleeves, feel free to use these meshes. The new meshes for the Imperial Armors as well as the textures of the Imperial Officer's Armor were created by me. The new meshes for the Imperial Dagger, Shortsword and Greatsword were "derived" by me from LeanWolf's remesh of the Imperial Sword. Feel free to use them!

This Mod is a comprehensive overhaul of the Imperial Armors and their distribution amongst the Legionaries.
All Imperial Armors now have sleeves and the Heavy Imperial Cuirass got a new model and texture, additonally all heavy armor parts got a new darker texture. Imperial Soldiers will wear Light as well as Heavy Imperial Armor and the set of Imperial Weapons has been extended, including a Dagger, Shortsword, Greatsword, Mace and Warhammer. All Imperial Armors and Weapons are craftable after you joined Imperial Legion, even the previously rare Full Helmet can now also be crafted. Imperial Officers are now equipped with thier own unique cuirass, which can be crafted along side the Officer's Helmet after you get promoted to Legate during the Questline. The Imperial Soldiers guarding Castle Dour in Solitude wear Heavy Imperial Armor including the Full Imperial Helmet, to show off their higher rank and authority. The quartermasters in imperial military camps now display imperial gear, instead of ordinary steel armor and weapons (They still sell everything). Imperial Armors and Weapons can now also be bought from them, as well as from the blacksmith in Solitude. In places with direct ties to the Empire, like Castle Dour, the Penitus Oculatus Outpost and even on the Katariah as well as Fort Frostmoth, random armor and weapons were replaced with fitting imperial counterparts. The armor of the Penitus Oculatus can also be crafted, after you helped them in detroying a certain enemy faction.
