Well... I really don’t want to keep bothering the author (lorenloren) XD So... if you google “Skyrim unreal 4K 8K nordic tents”; just open up the first Reddit result... and there you’ll find a mega link with the 4K 1.2 version of those tents :)

Same here. I only recently got into playing Skyrim again (and modding), and I have to say, the pictures I've seen of Unreal Nordic Tents are stunning. Can't find them anywhere. I was hoping lorenloren had left them up on another Skyrim mod site, but no luck.
I am in love with this mod! The textures are just...incredible for bones, even in the AE. I love seeing it in my travels.
I wish I could find a mod that retextures all the bones (and I do mean all the bones) from the base game + DLCs that would match these textures well (or as close as possible). But I have yet to find such a mod. Does anyone have recommendations?
Only if you install the textures and for some reason those textures become corrupted (because of a virus or because of physical damage to your drive). As far as I know that’s the only reason that could cause a ctd. Moreover, these textures are BC7 and I don’t have idea if they work for Skyrim LE… (just in case you were trying something like that… lol).
Well, I don’t have Oldrim version installed to test right now... But since this mod only includes textures... it probably works without any sort of problem. The only time I’ve seen incompatibility after installing textures was with some cubemaps...
Oh damn... yeah, I was reading a bit and it seems that Oldrim can’t handle BC7 format or something like that >.<‘ Well, in that case you would need to convert the textures if you want to use them there :/ Once I read about a free tool “TexConvGui” that could do that, but I have never used it :P I bet there are more tools that can do the same.
I just came across this mod. Damn. I wish all bone-related things were retextured this way. :o It's so...real! xD I am unfamiliar with lorenloren, and it leaves me wondering if he/she did any further retexturing mods. Major kudos to the original creator but, also, to you for preserving and sharing this great mod!
Hahah no problem :D Thanks ^^ And yeah, lorenloren is a great modder but he left :/ He had another mod to retexture the imperial tents. And another one to replace the carriage’s wheels model and textures (the separated wheels you find around Skyrim, not the ones in the carriage itself).
...He did?! :o I have been looking for a good mod that retextures the blurry imperial tents (and the Nordic tents, both the large and small ones, as well as the hagraven and Falmer tents). And those wheels, I haven't seen a mod that retextures those yet. Darn, it would be nice to have those ones. xD I like his style.
For the nordic and imperial tents, there are several 4K retexture mods... but their styles are quite different between each other and only you can decide which one you like :)
If you use ENB, check that your settings aren’t messing something... And if you still think that they look bad... feel free to create new ones that match these diffuse maps xD
Hello :) Well... I’m not the author of these textures so... no more bones are coming sadly... But idk... you could upload those normal maps somewhere and PM me with the link, then I test it and probably host it here as an “optional” giving you credits for the tweaks... That or you could try uploading your own mod... something like “Improved Normal Maps for Unreal 4K Mammoth Skeleton Retexture”... then you give credit to “lorenloren” and that’s it I guess :)
