Summary
This takes the SkyUI interface (swf) files and bumps up their base frame-rate to 120 FPS. This allows much smoother UI animations for all the folks with 144hz+ monitors out there.
Thought I would share this, as it is a repeated step I usually take for every single mod list I make.
Hopefully this can build up into a compendium of 120 FPS UI patches over time, and serve as a good base for an overall smoother UI and menu experience.
I will try to work on getting permissions for 120FPS patches for other third party mods if I can. While it is a fairly minor tweak that can easily be done yourself, this mod is meant to be primarily for convenience and saving effort.
Compatibility
Files provided are loose files. Thus, if you have any other User Interface mods that are not one of the optional files / mods mentioned below, let them overwrite this mod (e.g: Dear Diary etc)
Optional Files are included to support:
Install this mod after the optional mods above, to get the features from those mods at 120 FPS.
Note: If using HUD Notification Enhancements, keep in mind that these are only compatible with the vanilla HUD. For compatibility with HUD mods such as SkyHud, Less Intrusive HUD II, you will need to mod the hudmenu.swf yourself. Jaiim provides an explanation in his sticky post on TermorNexus's mod here:
