A quaint little home on Solstheim, on the hills just behind the temple. Room for player and their spouse, and one follower.

permissions: anyone can port, change, whatever my mods so long as they credit me, and the mod(s) are not involved in anything
being sold or something illegal. Happy modding. :)
*Also, sorry but I won't be doing patches for any mods I don't use; and also may not depending on whether it's something I actually know how to patch
and have the energy for.
All DLCs needed (hearthfire, dragonborn, dawnguard)
Quaint Domicile is a simple home behind the temple, outside of Raven Rock. There's a bed for player and spouse, one for follower, and a few various amenities. Is dunmer-themed.
inside:
-fully navmeshed for followers
-simple note kinda explaining where previous owner has gone
-extra key is on the desk, doesn't respawn
-many various containers for safe storage
-crafting oven, cooking, enchanting, and alchemy.
-some weapon stands and racks, a couple dagger displays, one large display case that works with staffs (for some reason staff doesn't like the plaques or stands, for me)
-double bed for you and spouse (need a follower mod of some kind/AFT or MHiYH or something)
-bed for follower(need follower mod probably/same as above)
-various ingredients and items, some respawning and some not for le immersion
-two bookshelves for... over 70 books?
-shrines for Mephala, Boethiah, and Azura, and one to Mara just because.
-a bunch of idles for followers
outside:
-key is just in front of the bench under the awning; doesn't respawn
-crafting armor workbench, tanning rack, anvil, sharpening wheel, wood chopping block
-chest which is safe storage
-small 'farm' out back
-some idles for followers
there are no hearthfire planters or beds for kids, no smelter, no spidermakingmachine, no staff enchanter, no mannequins, I think that's it unless I forgot something.
