This mod buffs Frankfamilys' Artifacts to be in line with Morrowloot's balancing, changes the difficulty of enemies in the mods to be more challenging, and downgrades the gear on Boethiah's champions so that you can't loot so much special gear off them.

This mod buffs Frankfamilys' Artifacts to be in line with Morrowloot's balancing, changes the difficulty of enemies in the mods to be more challenging, and downgrades the gear on Boethiah's champions so that you can't so much special gear off them. I haven't actually played with this apart from checking that the Boethiah's champions still behave normally yet so use at your own risk although I don't see how it could break anything. I buffed skullcrusher's damage a lot but made it unechantable, let me know if I should make it do even more damage than it does. Balance suggestions+bug reports welcome.
