Instead of dying you absorb a Dragon Soul. Once you run out of souls you die for real.

Very simple mod.
Upon loading this mod your character is set to essential.
When your character reaches 0 health a simple script runs to see if you have Dragon Souls.
If you do It absorbs 1 and restores all of your attributes(Health, Magicka, Stamina)
If you do not you die.
Simple
As a convenience I added a potion to the Dremora merchant in the Dragonborn DLC that stocks a potion called "Dragon Soul Essence" which grants 1 dragon soul
It is ludicrously expensive (kind of meant it as a gold sink), at level 100 speech with no known modifiers to sale prices it is 110,000 gold.
I mostly play as lategame characters who have a ton of gold to spare and I could probably make that within a month of in game time.
They were not intended to be your primary source of souls, Go kill some dragons you rapscallion.
Recommended to pair with mods that give you stuff for dragon souls to make you not want to die. (perks, attributes, w/e)
Known issues:
Issue: Sometimes bugs out when you die due to fall damage(or any other rag doll scenario) (Loops you in death and drains all your souls)
Mitigation: don't die from rag dolling or have a save to reload
Issue: bound weapons are invisible after a "re-spawn", they are still there and function properly but you just don't see them
Mitigation: re summon your weapon
