this mod will make the flow of the waterways in Whiterun dependent on the weather.

Conflicts
JK's Skyrim - this will have small conflicts in the way of having weird splashes however almost all of them are out of sight and you tend not to see them unless you're looking out for them.
Comes in ESL format - Not latest version yet
What it does
It makes the waterways disappear or reappear depending on the weather at the time.
Also has an introduced lag time from rainfall to it having an effect (1h in game time)

Will work with water mods such as RW2
