Please read before commenting about compatibility issues
For users of mods which overhauls vanilla perks and conflicts with the "Require Perk" option for Sneak Slide, you can make them compatible by following the steps below:

Navigate to: \meshes\actors\character\animations\DynamicAnimationReplacer\_CustomConditions\
Go into the folder "7000" and open the "_conditions.txt" inside
On the line "HasPerk("MBO.esp"|0x00000808)", change "MBO.esp" to the name of the perk overhaul plugin and "0x00000808" with the Form ID of the additionally added perk rank by the perk overhaul plugin shown in TESVEdit/SSEEdit
Save and close the text file
Place the perk overhaul plugin below MBO.esp in your load order
The direction transition behavior will NOT work for users with 360 Movement Behavior installed simply due to the way that mod changes movement. There is no patch currently available at the moment so I suggest using the following as an alternative instead:
If you have any CTD issues when using along with Combat Gameplay Overhaul, please check to make sure you have done what is listed below to self-diagnose common user errors:

Is your Skyrim on version 1.5.97? There technically shouldn't be any issues using this mod with older versions but I also can't guarantee there isn't myself.
Do you have the latest version of Nemesis Engine installed and made sure to update before launching it? Update it if you have not.
Did you make sure to check the CGO patch during installation of this mod? The patch is necessary if you want my behavior changes in conjunction with CGO features.
If you have done all of above properly but you still have CTDs or other glaring issues, I suggest you try to test things out on a new save with ONLY CGO and this mod installed. If this resolves the CTDs/issues, then there must be some other mods that could cause conflict which I am unaware of and it would be helpful for users to narrow down the conflicting mod and report it here. Otherwise, if CTDs/issues still persists, then I honestly am not sure what's wrong with your game.
Using TDM with this only idled stop is working, anything else just like the animation is resetting which sometime causing t pose and if my armor has smp it will stretch the armor for a sec, any solution?
seems it's because i used the tdm version, lemme try the core, the question is will it work with tdm installed too?
tried the core still has the problem, seems tdm is the one caused it, i disabled the directional movement while drawn and it kinda fix it, but why right? the name of the mod is true directional movement, i ask on tdm but got no answer, maybe someone will fix it soon.
Thanks for checking man, and yeah it's incredibly unfortunate. I'm having an issue with switching weapons mid-sprint. I posted a comment asking about it earlier. Have you had this issue as well?
I have Open Animation Replacer, dTry's Key Utils, ran Nemesis, and everyone is still T-posing. Then I just uninstalled this mod and everything is back to normal. I really don't know what I'm doing wrong.
Pandora users with TDM experiencing A Pose when rapidly changing between sprinting/not sprinting:
Priority in Pandora matters (I don’t use Nemesis so can’t help you). This priority order has eliminated all A posing associated with sprint stop for me:

Is it possible to get the MBO transition behavior to work with True Directional Movement installed? I checked the FOMOD TDM patch and it seems like only the sprint stop animations are used from this mod. When I uninstalled TDM and chose the core files for this mod, it seems like only the Sprint stop animations are working, but the transition behavior defaults to vanilla game. So I'm not sure how to get this working properly. I'm on v1770 of Skyrim SE with both Mouse and keyboard and xbox controller. I have Open Animation Replacer and DTry Key Utils installed, but I used the Mega version in the sticky post for DTry Key Utils.
My end goal is to have this transition behavior with 360 turning.
Im trying to do the same thing and I can't get it to work either. I have no idea what the problem is and I don't have many mods installed yet so I can't figure out what else to do to make it work :(
