Adds proper RWT trough water to the Elysium Estate blacksmith forge

There exist several patches out there for proper forge water at the Elysium Estate blacksmith forge. However, all rely on the mod Blacksmith Forge Water Fix (BFWF), which is completely unnecessary for users of Realistic Water Two. Instead of BFWF and 1 patch, it's better to have a single patch alone since RWT provides everything needed anyways.
Two versions of this are available:
NON-RWT USERS
If you're looking for proper Elysium Estate forge water and you don't use RWT, look into using:
Blacksmith Forge Water Fix along with Blacksmith Forge Water Fix for Elysium Estate Patch
If you use another water mod that adds better trough water to the forges in Skyrim, but your Elysium Estate does not, I may be able to create an optional patch that suits your needs. Leave a comment or DM me with the name of the water mod you're using and I can look into it.

- ESL-flagged .ESP plugin (does not contribute to plugin cap) - MAIN
- standard .ESP plugin (takes up a traditional load order spot, capped at 255) - OPTIONAL
