This Mod adds the Cut Castle Dour Tower and its resident, Captain Metilius to the Game. I know that Cutting Room Floor SE also adds that to the game, but i made this mod primary for myself, because Cutting Room Floor is not compatible with my other mods. So if you too have problems with CRF you can use my mod. :)
