I'm not sure why this hasn't been done before, but here it is. Took only about 2 hours. Lazy, i know... It's not perfect, lots of visual flaws, you might not like it. But hey, it just works.
A usable pair of Dawnguard Armored Troll's Arm weapons, each for left and right hand, war axe type, can be crafted and tempered with iron ingot(s)
This pair of "arm-worn" axes aren't actually worn like gloves/gauntlets, they behave like normal one-handed axe, but are aligned so when you unsheathe them, it would looks like they're "worn" on your arms, hence they look weird when sheathed, also during some animation (misaligning). I haven't yet found a way to improve this without affecting every other weapons of the same type.
Depends on what armor you're wear and animation you use, there will always be clipping, there isn't much I can do about this. You'll have to adjust them in Nifskope if you can't stand the eyesore :< One day I'll learn how to paint weight and skinning, recreate these as gloves, with bodyslide and such...
