In my experience the mist texture in that mesh would look purple-ish... maybe even without Tamriel Master Lights (idk... I use Rudy ENB, so maybe that has something to do with the problem... but I'm lazy to try that XD). I hope this helps anyone with a similar problem :)
There's a problem with this mod's folder structure:
\textures\effects\ambient \meshes
...the above folders are fine, however we also get:
\Data\textures\effects\ambient \Data\meshes
Both of these folders are populated with the same file names. I don't know if they're exact duplicates and you messed up packing them, or if they're newer/older/alternate versions and you messed up packing them. Or maybe you did it on purpose to confuse people. Which is it?
Thanks for the mod btw.
EDIT: The file modification dates are identical, so they seem to be exact duplicates -- but I didn't do a byte-by-byte comparison.
Thanks for this. I've already downloaded the oil retexture and I'm gonna download this and all the other because they all look awesome. Thanks for carrying on the original author's work! I'm sure they'd be proud of you!
Since Nifscan reported no issues with the LE version meshes of this same mod... I was simply using the LE version as it is for the Special Edition... I wonder if I’ll notice any difference by using this “ported” version...
No clue tbh I just ran it through CAO. If there's no difference than just use the oldrim version, I'll be happy having just got more eyes on the original mod
This covers different meshes and textures in different cells, I would use the Best Quality as it will work better with whatever lighting mod you have installed for interior cells.
There is a single overwrite if you have the Particles Patch installed, I left the single file in place as I use ENB & it helps with the glow that ENB exaggerates.
Ran the meshes ( BSTriShape) through NIF Optimizer.

Edit: Unless you are using the "thin" version which then, I'd recommend to do the opposite.
