This is non-negotiable due to the many ways CK changes certain values to fit its presets in plugins upon export.
While it should no longer be necessary, these are the drastic measures you need to take should something go wrong.
Make sure that all your bases are covered before attempting to troubleshoot.
OVERVIEW:
This is a mod that's been bothering me for some time because I only ever saw it attempted once (then thrice) on the original LE Modpage, then never again.
That mod is "Every NPC is a Woman." Each mod usually rounded out at about 1000-1500 Entries. But halfway through, they stopped. It was always the Unique Named NPCs they did. So using them all in conjunction just resulted in needless overwrites. In the end, no one truly womanized every NPC. Enter today.
Since I've now reached a point where I can neither play the game nor work on any mod development, I thought now would be the perfect time to roll it out.

INSTALLATION
You must start this with a New Game for the freshest and stablest experiencest. This is due to how Skyrim handles NPCs by baking in values at the start.
While you do run the risk to continue on, know many, MANY things will either be disabled, broken, or even corrupted. Beware doing so. Backup first.
IMPORTANT: If you use Vortex, then you will be unable to directly access the folder's files through its interface. Instead you have to use one of these links. I forgot which one it was that actually leads to the folder. But it's one of these. Lemme know so I can delete the obsolete ones. This is for troubleshooting.
Where [USERNAME] is, you guessed it, your Username.
COMPATIBILITY
By default, this mod is compatible with NOTHING. Unless, it doesn't have Vanilla NPCs. If it does, you will most likely need your own personal Bashed Patch or Custom Plugin to forward any and all changes from other plugins to retain faces. While this does deal with every known and unknown NPC in Skyrim, there still might be a case of a few others who you may not want to covert (I have Cicero.) If that's the case, just put the NPC's plugin after this one and you're good to go.
BUT make sure it has its own textures and meshes. Otherwise you might end up with blackout faces and possible crashing.

NOW WHAT DOES THIS MOD DO THAT THE OTHERS DON'T OR DIDN'T
1. NO MORE APACHII DEPENDENCY!
2. YOU CAN NOW PLAY AS A GUY! IMMERSE YOURSELF IN THE "World's Largest Manhunt"
Anyway, this one was fairly simple to fix. For some unspeakable reason, which I will speak of in a later point, a certain predecessor made all the Armor Addons link to the female meshes for males. This was an instant no-go, but I did want to see what it did. Needless to say, I had 20 cc's of Puppies and Eye Bleach. A man's head does not look good on Woman's Clothing. Especially when that Head is discolored, disfigured, and sometimes FLOATING. So I just took the liberty of restoring those ARON's and allowing people to choose how they play, no questions asked! It's Skyrim. What's the worse that can happen?
3. ONE EASY-TO-DIGEST BUT HARD-TO-SWALLOW esp* PLUGIN
*Plugin cannot be converted to esl due to the sheer volume well beyond the 2048 Record Limit, as well as the changes required for the Faces to work.
4. EVERYONE IS A WOMAN. EVERYONE!*
*Everyone may not be a Woman. Including Children, Animals, Elders, Creatures, Dragons, and Modded NPCs. Not yet ;) Not ever.
Will it break the game? Will it end Tamriel? Will the game even care that a Piece of Code is considered Female? Some might, but I hope this won't.
5. DOES NOT TOUCH CHILDREN!
Or an overhaul mod if you do that sorta thing.
6. RETAINS MOST POPULAR PLUGIN VALUES
So I went, "Screw it. They're just values and numbers. Any will do. Just turn yellow already!" And then I did that.
Also contains fixes for Underwater DOF bug, RaceScaling on Sandboxing, and a personal fix to wedding sandals. They were all 1 category each.
7. RETAINS ALL UNIQUE VOICES AND VARIATION ONES
Note: This now restores All Guards from 4F onwards.
There are no longer "Generic NPCs" who are all silent until you talk to them and they all go "What do you want?" or "Yes, sera?" You know, Generic Female Lines. But considering how often they occur, you may have heard them all but are now inclined to have them back to normal. But don't worry.
And finally and most especially importantly,
8. NO MORE FURTHER ASSET REDIRECTS!
Basically, if you had any NPC who WASN'T FEMALE, your game would instantly crash or generously blackout their face. How thoughtful.
At first, I wandered why that was and thought maybe it was a bad corrupted texture. I Re-exported and boom, CTD. Now I was seriously concerned why that was and kept at it, going at it from all directions. Long story not short but not as long, it turned out that 1st mod was chock full of HDPT CHANGES.
And the reason for this was what made me rebuild the mod the second I found out: convenience. Rather than going through each individual HDPT under NPCs and switching them out, the mod decided to just change where the asset came from and call it a day. Sure it works in Vanilla. Until you remove it.
So yeah, it was quarantine, I had time, and I just went Full-Metal Copyist changing every NPC's Head Part to its Female Variant. All Classes of 3000.
In other words, No Race Changes, No ARMOR or ADDON Changes (Except for 1), No Drastic Head Part Changes.
Everything you see here is my Insanity-Induced Marathon of Remaking Every NPC from the Ground Up because CK wiped the slate clean off!
