Note: I don't know why Kamarad wants to sit behind the house, I've tried moving him. Guess he just likes it there!
Immersive Winterhold Player Home
Part II in my Immersive Player Home Series
Part I: Lark's Nest - Immersive Falkreath Player Home

This player home should only require Skyrim SE itself. Only incompatibilities would be any mod that changes the area along the road to Winterhold, or the Shrine of Azura. Any Winterhold overhauls should be fine as long as they don't mess with that area. I currently use The Great Cities - Minor Cities and Towns without issue.
In the interest of immersion isn't too grand or OP, hidden away in a cellar. It's up to the player to find it and how to get in.
To unlock the house you can either find the key (located on the body of the original owner, along the road outside of Winterhold, where there are two tents with a skeleton in one, refer to pics) or pick the Master lock.
It has a Fast Travel marker, but you'll have to go there to unlock it.
Tip: You'll miss out on an awesome dagger if you just pick the lock!

INSTALLATION:
Unzip the folder
Move 'reachmanshideaway.esp' to your SkyrimSE Data folder
Activate the file
Done!

Reachman's Hideaway was the home of a former Forsworn while his younger brother was studying at the College of Winterhold, unfortunately, he left the college, and the former owner was killed. Now his local canine companion sits, watches, and waits for him.
