This is a patch for the Monster Mod. The patch restores lost textures, as well as fixes some meshes.

For v1.6 and higher this patch has become redundant (but it's still here, untouched). Maybe new version of this patch will be released if new bugs will appear, or some old ones remains.

For v1.4 was used RookMeister advice:
- Used textures from version 1.3 without additional edits.
- Used missing meshes from version 1.3.
- Some meshes are replaced according to RookMeister's advice.
With this patch, you can significantly reduce the disk space required for files that are necessary for the mod to work correctly.
Outdated version 1.3 of the original mod no longer needs to be downloaded for the mod to work properly!

For v1.5 was used MinionMaster advice:
- Used missing assets from SkyMoModv13 (optimized through CAO)
- Used optimized assets of original Monster Mod SE (optimized through CAO)
- Used meshes from Aboda Fix.
With this patch, you can significantly reduce the disk space required for files that are necessary for the mod to work correctly.
You don't need to download SkyMoModv13 or Aboda Fix, so their missed assets was included in this patch.
Just download and install original Monster Mod v1.5, then download and install this patch... PROFIT!

So, as you can see, this mod is a hub for patches for Monster Mod. If you find some good recipes to fix some issues and bugs of original Monster Mod or you have your working patch, you can write post in this mod's forum. If I place your patch, or patch based on your advice, in the Files section, your nickname will be in the Credits section :)

RookMeister's advice for v1.4 if you prefer manual fixing:

This patch already performs these steps, so, manual work is not needed.

MinionMaster's advice for v1.5 (updated - see it in post section). Some manual steps are required!



And NOW!!! This patch completely implements all these steps, so you don't need any manual work (except ESM disabling)! Version 3.1 of this patch fixes all CTDs and add most of the missed meshes and textures.
If you found some purple meshes (it must be VERY RARE bug), and you can not provide information about what is going wrong, you can install SkyMoMod Advanced Assets from Miscellaneous files - most of these files are not needed, but some of them can fix your bug! If you know, what was missed, just write a comment with this info - and update will be soon!

Update: Monster Mod SE v1.4 uses only loose files (or it may not always work with BSA-packed textures and meshes), so, the BSA archive is unpacked in version 2.0.

Update 2021: Corrected meshes and advanced assets also can be downloaded separately - for Monster Mod 1.5

Update 2022: We are monitoring the new version of the mod, for new bugs or remaining old ones. In any case, this patch remains here on the Nexus.

INSTALLATION

Just install it using your mod organizer.

If you have version 1.0 of this patch installed, then delete "Monster Mod SE.bsa".

KNOWN ISSUES

This patch doesn't fix any bugs in the ESP of main Monster Mod, so, you may have some rare CTDs.
