    Locked
    Sticky
Quality has the uncompressed normal textures, and everything it's 2k.
Optimized has the enviroment masks at 1k, and the normal compressed to less than a half of the original size.
    Both look great!

I see this come up a lot so i just want to address it. Like all of Elsopas work this is absolutely brilliant. So i need to explain what he did (even tho he already explained it himself). He takes the vanilla mesh and then alters it via adding cube-maps etc to add shine metallic reflection to the amulets this results in a more realisitic feel to the objects and applies even more texture in game to the object to render it.

Now if you use UNP or CBBE and use a mod that alters all armor and amulets using body slide you will notice the meshes conflict. This is not a big deal. Basically find all the meshes that conflict and then duplicate his texture paths from then in the meshes for your body set. Specifically do the following:

    1) click on the object in nifscope and this will auto direct to you NiTriShape (the obects folder)
    2) expand that folder and go to the "BSLightingShaderProperty folder in the obects folder
    3) Ensure the "Skyrim Shader Type" matches what ElSopa has i would assume most all of his altered meshes use "Enviroment Map" This type enables metalic etc reflections and textures for the mesh
    4) if you had to alter the Skyrim shader type to envrio map then you also need to add the flag "Environment Mapping" under the Flag one section of the BSLightingShaderProperty folder
    5) go to texture set and copy over all of Elsopas texture paths to your body slide compatability mesh and save and pack in a rar and your done!

doing this will make all of his textures and meshes work for ANY BODY YOU USE. UNP, CBBE, I dont care it will work. Bonus points special note - Obviously you only need to alter the female version meshes identified with a "F" in the mesh name. Also you can skip the "Go" meshes which are for dropped objects. Basically this cuts it down to like 15 meshes or something? like this is a 15 min fix.

hello friend, im right now trying to do this but I'm barely a noob with this app. How I duplicate the texture path?  I reached to the BSLightingShaderProperty folder in one amulet, the "shader Type" already uses "environment map" and already has the flag environment mapping. Now im stuck right here... I use CBBE body type, should I overwrite the mod with elSopa's first? Thx in advance

Thank you for explaining that the included meshes have cubemap improvements. I was wondering if it was worth overwriting my CBBE and Himbo meshes and you answered my question in spades. XD

@bectile, overwriting meshes has no cost, theres no effect in the save file, you can freely test and disable as you like

      +1
Those look very good. But would be great to see new high poly meshes. BTW, what to do if they clip with body/clothing on females? Im using 3BA and 3BA Clothing.

While you are it, how about making them with physics?
So the can move freely and even look like this:

I noticed there is a clipping problem with Gauldur Amulet, I'm playing a male character. Any chance for a fix?

I just tested, and yes, it is the same as vanilla, meaning if you have a body different than vanilla, like CBBE, it will conflict with the mesh meant for those bodies and result in clipping or amulets floating. To fix this, bodyslide files for your amulet meshes would be needed.
