If you use both ClefJ's Halfmoon Mill and CFTO, the ferryman that is added to Halfmoon mill will be floating since ClefJ changed a lot in the worldspace for that area. This patch will move the ferryman's marker to a more appropriate location. It will also move the marker that ferrymen will deliver you to so that it is more appropriate with the changes at the mill. Finally it disables the boats added by CFTO since there is already a boat added by ClefJ and I figured that was a better option than moving the boat that would technically be inaccessible due to railings in the way.
