This simply replaces the NPC's hair with Salt and Wind Rough Hair for KS Hairdos textures.

Similarly to Shiva182 's great salt and wind replacers for other popular NPC overhaul mods. Which you can find below

I don't have LE installed, but it should work fine for the LE version too, as it is just textures

Known Issues

There is one hair that i could not find a texture for, its called Emily and it effects one NPC - "Hilund". Which will mean for that 1 NPC it will have standard ks hairdos textures - although in my game she wears helmet so not even noticeable. 

Shiva182 has kindly provided the missing texture, so the set is complete!
