Description
Now you can drain people without being at starved of blood. (Note: Seduction draining and sneak feeding still need relevant perks.)
Requires Sacrosanct - Vampires of Skyrim. ESP flagged ESL.
I personally liked the idea of it. However, it's not very balanced, so I wouldn't expect the author to include it. Hemomancy will be too easy to level, It'll be a bit too fast to get those beefier spells when you're able to drain people willy nilly. If you're considering downloading, you should know that before you start a game with it.

Install & Uninstall
Install through your mod manager or place in the data folder. Place below Sacrosanct in your load order, then activate the plugin.
Only install/uninstall with a new game! The only exception for existing saves is if you were never ever a vampire.
