permissions: anyone can port, change, whatever my mods so long as they credit me, and the mod(s) are not involved in anything

*Also, sorry but I won't be doing patches for any mods I don't use; and also may not depending on whether it's something I actually know how to patch
and have the energy for.

All DLCs needed (hearthfire, dragonborn, dawnguard)

Quaint Cabin is north of Riften, sort of between Eastmarch and The Rift, cutting through forest and then going down a main-ish road(easternmost) turn left and keep going. Should see it on map though.

inside:
-fully navmeshed for followers
-many various containers for safe storage(they should *all* be safe and are set to not respawn, whether or not they have stuff in them to begin with)
-enchanting, alchemy, cooking
-some weapon plaques, dagger displays, and a couple weapon rack display cases, (for some reason staff doesn't like the plaques so only the large display cases can be used for staff, as they are only ones that work; unfortunately seems to be same across all the housemods I've been working on)
-bed for spouse (need a follower mod of some kind/AFT or MHiYH or something)
-various ingredients and items, some respawning and some not for le immersion
-a bookshelf
-a few shrines
-some idles for followers, little 'bar'/counter area to hang out around
-extra key, doesn't respawn

outside:
-key to the house is right in front of the woodcutting that's by the 'stable', note also tells
-armor workbench, tanning rack, anvil, sharpening wheel, another cooking pot, woodcutting
-knapsack and chest, both are safe storage.
-'stable' area for le horse
-lots of mushrooms to pick
-pretty scenery, great views with a balcony of sorts where you and your spouse can like, romantic stuff on good nights, or just stargaze or whatever
-one tent with bedroll (follower managing mod needed)
-a goodly amount of idles for followers
-a 'secret' Talos shrine with a note and a bookshelf n stuff
-secret-ish thalmor graveyard/bones :p

there are no hearthfire planters or beds for kids, no staff enchanter or spider makin machine, no mannequins, no smelter, no oven.
