Introduction
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I needed a Mod that changes (some) cooldowns of shouts without other conditions. So I decided to watch some tutorials, create this mod and if somebody needs this kind of mod I also decided to upload it here.

This Mod changes the cooldown of shouts to two seconds ( If you want 0 seconds just post a comment ). Until now I changed only the shouts that you can see in "Changelogs". When I progress in the Story and get to know new shouts I will add them to the mod. (I don't want to spoil myself too much inside the Creation Kit )

Language / Compatibility
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you install this mod as a english user you will don't have any language issues. As a user of another language you will need an translated file. Other language files are in the optional section.

You want a different language ? Tell me , I will try to create a translated file.

(Small-)Issues and currently Solution
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Issue:

I encountered a problem with the modification. As example I take the " Unrelenting Force " shout (short U.F.s.) . The U.F.s. is shared with 31 other NPC's and I encountered a fight in a dungeon with an NPC that shouted at me the whole time :D. So this is something that was not intended to happen.

Solution:
Currently the only thing you can do is unenable the mod while you are fighting in a Dungeon (or against a enemy with the U.F.s.) or use the " Slow Time " shout to prevent the enemy from pushing you around.

Please report it to me if these kind of issue is messing around with your gameplay. Nevertheless I will try to find a solution when I have the time. Whereby I do not think there is a solution for this.
