I built a small patch for Coins of Tamriel. It was built for the V2 scriptless and works with the patch for Exchange Currency and Coins of Tamriel. Pretty niche since I made it for me, but thought I'd share. It forwards the chance for gems and the coin changes because (even though they may end up a little OP with the gold and silver coins added) coin purses look filled out and should be filled out. I haven't tested it, but it shouldn't have any issues.
I'm so grateful for this because with Ordinator and the enchanting perk that lets you use flawless gems, I was always hesitant because I didnt want to waste a rare gem but this makes them more accessible. Awesome, thanks.
Sorry to hop on the conversation but, since Coins of Tamriel has already been mentioned, would you consider making a patch that works with the non-script version of Coins of Tamriel?
Not to look stupid but, I don't know how to make patches for other mods, if you can make one or get someone too, that'd be awesome, I just don't have the know how to.
No problem! You don't look stupid at all. I've made a few personal patches before. I'll see if I can do something and share I'll share if I figure it out. If not, I'm sure someone else will figure it out. I'm sure a lot of talented people use Coins of Tamriel who will also want to use your mod. :)

The alternative is asking the other mods author for a capability patch.
