Must just be a bug on my part when making the mod, but it could be you need a fresh install of skyrim, remnants of mods can stay after you get rid of them. Unless more folks come forward about the same issue and if I get time, I'll look into it.

Lol you just had to put a basket on his head... S'all good. I do that to Cicero, makes interactions with him more amusing ^_^. But yeah I like this idea. Always felt the Riverwood trader was far too lacking in goods for the town being in such a well situated location for travelers.
For anybody who is looking for expanded merchant options, fiskin1 has released a series of Jokerine's old specialty shops ported from oldrim. Seedy Merchant is one to start with. For those who miss Jokerine's wit and eye for the unique.
As for my own use, I mostly get my stuff from player.additem, or for large acquisitions from qasmoke2. I did download your Belethor Center a couple of days ago. That is enough for me. I like to keep Jokerine's stuff around for atmosphere, many of which fit into crannies in Solitude. Very nice.
My personal opinion is that TES should be a little less of a game of buying and selling. Not sure what it should be instead though.
