I made Enirac Falls before I owned any DLC and was my first mod on Nexus, the mod has been re built and now has DLC assets and adoptions,
There are also notable changes to lighting, decoration, new features, tweaks and improvements.
Looks great with texture overhauls and ENB's!

You can find the cave access to the home just south of Falkreath by the road side.
The home it situated in a beautiful sanctuary, surrounded by waterfalls, pools and lush greenery.
You can also bath, fish (bait box on the pier) and become a beekeeper! (Beehives respawn every 72 hours) Honey can be made into mead using the crafting barrel inside the home.
You can brew tea using the kettle and an empty flagon, once the tea is consumed the flagon is returned to the player to use again. (immersive!)
This home has all the crafting and storage you will ever need.
Plenty of mannequins, weapon racks and working display cases
Lot's of NPC interaction areas for immersion
Bookshelves for 100's of books.
Bar to entertain friends, dining area, fully functional kitchen, door leading to hot springs, library, master bedroom and guest bedroom, children's bedroom for up to 2 children.
A scroll crafting work station, you will need to be have Adept perk rating in each skill the scroll requires, there are scrolls that demand a higher level though.
Scroll Crafting :
To make a scroll you need to be Adapt in the required skill, for advanced scroll crafting, you need to be an even higher level.
