Adds a new weapon to the game: Dragon Scimitar.
This weapon is based on RuneScape's 2010 version of Dragon Scimitar. It's not a perfect copy – I have adjusted some features to my liking – but it looks pretty close to the real one. It also has subtle lighting effects in order to make it appear more realistic and not like a plastic toy.
The weapon is craftable at a forge, and requires either 'Advanced Armors' perk or 'Dragon Armor' perk to craft. Having either of those perks doubles the improvement, but having both of them triples the improvement.
