I will be able to fix that bug IF you tell me precisely what is going on and where its going on. This mod currently has more than 20 plugins, so if you wanna get said bug fixed, you need to tell me in which Plugin I have to search.
I know thats annoying yeah, but its nothing compared to what I would have to do if you are not precise.

This mod has been working. I see all the enemy NPC's using spells they didn't use before. However, for some reason Drauger have stopped using shouts on me or my followers. They (rarely) use them on other NPC's (e.g. bandits fighting against drauger), but I have absolutely no idea why they stopped using them against me. I believe this is on my end for sure, for I is a dummy.
If anyone is patient and feeling particularly helpful and wants to explain where to begin to fix this great. Otherwise I guess I will have to live without draugers spamming me with unrelenting force lol.
Can anyone improve all the .ini so that enemies with low magic lvl wont get distributed? This will make the game more immersive. I know there is some mod that make you unable to cast spell without reaching certain magic lvl but npc AI aint smart, they gonna keep spamming that failed spells.

You might try Fizzle. If you use it, enter the following command into the console <set fizzle_unequipfailedspell to 1>. That might do the trick for you.
Does this mod affect followers? To do this, you need to create a separate rule indicating your followers.

yes, maybe I was wrong in assuming that he only needed it to work with followers. But if my answers caused you to appear and you want to continue working on this mod - isn't that magic?! ))
wurzajk6c6 Didn't update - because there's no point in it - everything works! Pay attention to this mod too Magic Is Not For Everyone. It prohibits magic to those who should not have magic (farmers, innkeepers) or you can prohibit magic to bandits ( 1h, 2h, rangers) and draugr (separate add-ons are installed)
Maybe at some point, but currently the game isnt installed and neither are any tools or programs. I guess I dont have to tell you how time consuming skyrim modding can be, and there are just soo many other games to play and things to do in life. So i guess even if i will integrate new mods at some point,that point isnt anywhere in the near future
how do i make my own rules to add for a magic mod or another ability?? alot of cool magic mods out there, and i would love to add them through the eeos mod...
im using stormcrown and i would like to have it over thunderchild, but in the fomod only thunderchild is the option for shouts...

Yes. Any Mod EXCEPT ASIS SPELL,PERKS,and if you use my Potions also ASIS POTIONS is compatible.
You can still use all other ASIS features.
