About this mod

More Player Homes adds 5 brand new obtainable homes in Riverwood, Ivarstead, Rorikstead, Shor's Stone, and Dragon Bridge. All of them are complete with cloud storage (via General Stores) so you'll never have to leave any of your valuables behind.

REQUIRES General Stores - Auto Sorting Cloud Storage Resource for packrats SE Convert . More Player Homes will crash your game without it. Put it before More Player Homes in your load order.

This is an updated version of an Oldrim mod I made in 2013. It has gone through some touchups, such as harder-to-miss key locations, extra crafting stations, exterior lighting, and some other under-the-hood fixes.

Update 1.0 notes
- Changed the one double bed to two single beds to better accommodate followers
- Added Follower's Gear chest
- Re-arranged first floor a bit
- Changed interior lighting to be more efficient by using less but brighter lights
- Changed the barrel in the corner to be non-respawning (whoops)
- Added new quests to obtain homes more organically!

I highly recommend a clean save to update! Your stored items will be fine, as they're in General Stores containers (I tested this myself). However, any items dropped in the house, or items stored in the barrel in the corner WILL be lost!

Were you ever in a village like Riverwood or Shor's Stone wishing you had a place to sleep, somewhere to put your stuff, or just more crafting stations? If so, this mod is for you! More Player Homes adds 5 brand new obtainable (and identical) homes in Riverwood, Ivarstead, Rorikstead, Shor's Stone, and Dragon Bridge. All of them are complete with cloud storage (via General Stores) so you'll never have to leave any of your valuables behind. Every house also comes with every crafting station you need to put all the ingredients, ores and soul gems you're carrying to good use.

Each home is locked until you find the key for the front door. To begin finding them, approach the house in Riverwood and a quest will be added automatically to find the key. Once you've gained access to the Riverwood house, search inside for clues as to where the keys for the other houses are.

Of course, you can just use the console to unlock the doors, too. The first quest will complete automatically once inside the Riverwood house, but the misc objectives for the other keys will stay in your quest log until you collect them.

Keep in mind, any containers that aren't General Stores containers (i.e. barrels) DO NOT have cloud storage and will not share an inventory with corresponding containers in the other houses. This is intentional to provide players with location-specific storage in the houses if they need it.

Feedback welcome! I only experiment with mod making - mostly for personal use. If there are ways I can improve the houses or fix any issues, leave a comment!
