This mod and newest addition to the Skyrim Realistic Conquering series turns Riverside Shack into a small fishing camp and possible player hangout after clearing it.

Skyrim Realistic Conquering All-In-One Pack
Riverside Shack is a small shack located next to the White River in Eastmarch. Previously the player would only find a creature guarding his/her last meal.
With this new addition to Skyrim Realistic Conquering, the player will return to a small fishing camp, while the shack itself is turned into a possible player home.
After a long and demanding adventure, sit down by the river and enjoy the simple life. Take a stroll along White River and visit Windhelm for a drink, after returning to read a good book in the atmospheric cellar.
This is a small player home which can be used as a hangout to relax after all your adventures. To make life a bit easier for the player, a small cellar was added with some basic home additions.

I'm trying to make lightweight changes to forts and such places to become more immersive using the Fort Takeovers mod.
As of now I am not really making overhauls, but once I have done quite a few, I might start making Full versions. The current versions would become Lite versions.
If you have any suggestions for locations to makeover, or changes to the current locations, please contact me, I am eager to listen.
Doesn't mean I will do it but you know, we'll see.
