Main features
- Distribution now happens when the actor is loaded for the first time. Fixes bug where some NPCs didn't get anything.
- NPCs automatically equip outfits upon loading
- Several other fixes -
Skip outfit force equip (which re-adds items if missing) if actor is dead
Item entries with the same item but different counts are now accumulated and distributed
