For people who use vanilla hair texture, you might notice the glossy hair effect in game that could look really bad in certain lighting conditions. I remember there used to be a mod that "fix" this but I believe it was removed or hidden. This mod is for those who stick with vanilla hair texture and want that glossy effect to be reduced rather than removed.
This mod made the effect more subtle by reducing the shininess of the specular map, it was a very simple change but I made sure to adjust it accordingly. This is not necessary a fix but I figured someone could this small tweak.
