I did not create this mod - it´s a port of Spectacular Skooma by Deoster - ported to SE with permission so people also find it in the SE section.
I only cleaned up the mesh a bit and converted it into an ESL.
Install: Use your favourite Mod Manager or drop it all into the Skyrim data folder.
