Description:

This is the official port of Kozakowy's 1700 Lady Sarah Churchill Gown, for female UNP and CBBE bodies. Version 1.1 includes Kozakowy's most up to date fixes and color variants.

Meshes and textures have been optimized for Skyrim SE with Ousnius' SSE Nif Optimizer, and the ESP has been updated in the Skyrim SE Creation Kit.

To get the gown in-game either:
a) use the console command "help 'sarah' to obtain the ID codes and "player.additem [ID code] [number of copies]"
b) find the gown in a chest on the cellar stairs at the Radiant Raiment store in Solitude

OR

c) I would highly recommend you use AddItemMenu

You can find the original mod here: Kozakowy's 1700 Lady Sarah Churchill Gown UNP CBBE

FAQ:

Q. CBBE Bodyslide version where?
A. None is provided. As per Kozakowy's reasoning, bodyslide doesn't create or maintain the correct proportions of gowns of the era, and so this gown has a fixed body shape.

Q. Does this have physics support/can you add physics?
A. No and no. Kozakowy is the owner and author of these files and I only have permission to port them. As I understand he's continuously working on improvements for his outfits and maybe one day there will be physics.

Q. What happened to my feet?
A. By choice, player feet/legs were removed while the gown's boots are worn to prevent any clipping issues, as well to bring the player height closer to the ground to negate a 'floating' effect from the missing feet. Don't worry, your feet/legs are still there and will return when you unequip the boots.

Q. [CBBE Users] Why do my hands look different?
A. The original gown and custom body mesh are based off of CBBE for Skyrim Legendary Edition, which has some differences in its shape from CBBE-SSE, the joint where hands meet the forearms being one of them. When wearing this gown your hands will automatically be swapped out for CBBE-LE hands to close the wrist gap. It's a very small difference from CBBE-SSE hands and you'll be challenged to notice it.

Q. Why do I have a neck/hand seam?
A. The outfit is designed, with no weight adjustments, for a 0 (zero) body weight. If you wish to eliminate any neck and hand seams reset your weight appropriately.

*NEW FOR VERSION 1.1.2*

An Elisif Dress Replacer has been added. It requires either UNP or CBBE main file. It's an all inclusive FOMOD, so once you install it pick ONE body type and corresponding dress style for Elisif.

Known Issues:
-Only works on a new game. It edits the default starting outfit of Elisif, so it'll only work on a 'new' Elisif that hasn't spawned in with any other clothing options.
-I chose to edit the default starting outfit rather than force the gown on Elisif to a) not break your game with scripts, b) ensure compatibility with vanilla or any modded Elisif replacers.
-UNP will likely have a hand seam. I'll look to fix this in a future update.
-All users will likely have a neck seam. This is because the dress is made to fit to a 0 weight body, and unless your version of Elisif is 0 weight, there WILL BE a neck seam. I recommend you manually patch your version of Elisif to a 0 weight if you want to eliminate any seams. This fix will work for hand seams of UNP users.

THIS MOD IS A BETA - FEEL FREE TO TEST IT I'LL BE WORKING HARD TO MAKE IT A COMPLETE RELEASE SOMEDAY ;)

If you like it please ENDORSE :)
If you love it please DONATE :)

UPDATE 1.1-beta
- The package now contains 6 different dress styles.

UPDATE 1.0-beta
- CBBE version available.

1. Description:

This mod is a recreation of one of Sandy Powell's costumes for the 2018 movie "The Favourite". It's a court gown worn by actress Rachel Weisz playing Lady Sarah Churchill - the most influential persona in the court of Anne Stuart. Decided to make this gown 3d since I was really amazed by the geometric details and the combination of luxury and robust fabrics. And the colors match very nicely the Skyrim's snowy and dark environments. Enjoy!

This mod is not lore friendly but I wouldn't argue if it would be available at Radiant Raiment or at least at Divine Elegance ;)

Consists of:

- 6 variants of the gowns

- pearl earrings
- pearl necklace
- Sarah's eyepatch - as seen in the movie

2. Known issues (PLEASE READ BEFORE USING!!! ):

- there's no weightslider compatibility so please turn the weight down to zero to avoid hand and feet seams
- some minor clipping may occur but this rig is the best I can ;)
- female only

3. How to get it in game:

- go to Radiant Raiment in Solitude and find a certain chest on the staircase to the cellar (it's marked on one of the images in the mod gallery)

or

- type in console 'help "sarah" ' , you will get all needed IDs.
- type in console 'player.additem XXX Y'. XXX means necessary ID, Y means count of items you want.

4. Installation:

- I suggest using MO or NMM you can also extract the package manually.

5. Uninstallation:

- again I suggest using MO or NMM or you can remove the .esp file and mod's folders
