Total credits for the original creator is BigAndFlabby, you can even check HERE the papyrus compiler script he made, I use and highly recommend it. What I did was edit the highlight colors to fit the "Plastic Code Wrap" theme of notepad++.
Extract the KatPapyrusHighlight.7z archive to get the xml file. This color scheme is made to fit with the Notepad++ theme "Plastic Code Wrap".
Open up Notepad++.
Select the Language menu and goto the bottom and select the Define your language option.
Click the import button and select the KatPapyrusHighlight.xml you extracted from the archive.
Close the language definition window.
Close Notepad++ and restart it.
Now just select the language "Papyrus" in the "Language" menu of notepad ++.
