Just jump up and down on the pressure plates. There is one for each flipper and they are close enough so you can activate both at once if you get centered on them. I like to use both at the same time.
If the ball gets stuck, just use the unstick ball button. If this does not release the ball in a few seconds, shoot it! If you can't get it to move, please post here with a screen shot of where it got stuck so I can update the unsticking button.
The spot where the ball got stuck is a real mystery as to how to fix it. I think it somehow got inside of the collision cube that that Dwemer bust is inside of! Were you able to hit it at all?
Edit: Well I got the CK running again and it looks like there is a fix I can do for this sticking spot.
Thanks! It's really part of an area that Sheogorath has dominion over in the Endless Horizon Home. That's why it's actually lore friendly in the other version.
