Adds a standalone pinball game that is accessible in Whiterun's Dragonsreach.

The better version is available HERE but I thought I would upload a standalone version with no other mod requirements in case some may not be interested in the incredibly mind blowing fun of Endless Horizon Home. This version is the same pinball game with a one time reward, the better version has unlimited earning potential! Also, the other version fits into the game lore.

Access to Sheogorath's Tilted Table is found in Dragonsreach on Ferengar's desk.
