A mod that gives Dragonkiller Cart a wheel menu, and removes its powers from the spell menu.

Dragonkiller Cart is a great mod for people that love travelling on the roads instead of using fast travel. It even has it's own camping and horse management for those that don't want to use larger mods. But all those options have their powers added to your character.
This cart mod adds 12 different powers, which fills up your spell menu. This Easy Wheelmenu addon not only allows you to use those powers easier from configurable wheel menus, it also uses Easy WM mod's "Hide Spells" option to remove those powers from your spell menu.
After summoning the cart and reading the book in it to get powers "Dovahkiin's Cart Passenger 1" to ""Dovahkiin's Cart Passenger 4", you can add the powers to wheel menus from Easy Wheelmenu MCM.
After you add all powers to wheel menus, only then select the "Hide Spells" option. If you have a power that is not added to one of the wheel menus, it won't be hidden by that option. In that case, you can disable the "Hide Spells" option, add the missing powers to a wheel menu, and select the option again.
This mod does not overwrite anything, and it does not have the two mods it needs as masters. So it's load order doesn't matter.
