Vs v3.1.1 this includes the [Fix Your Face] fixed texture, and DynDOLOD compatible meshes which ought to resolve the incompatibility
If you still encounter issues; manually overwrite with the "high compatibility" .rars in the removals folder

Converted the modlist into a modpack complete with installer and options on installation w/ comparison pics where possible

Incorporates numerous installer alterations and adds 4 new head mesh fix options
Everything has been run through CAO and empty texture files have also been resized to 4x4 pixels
Had to revert the mesh changes so DynDOLOD compatibility is still an issue
