That would be an interesting idea but i did not investigate how to do this. I just wanted to replace the vanilla animation and stumbled upon these and made a quick and simple replacer. Feel free to use the assets and make one if you like. I would be happy to test it for you.
I added these to my personal Idle sit DAR. I used the EVG Conditional Idles as a template. Only thing I have them at random, so the npcs will constantly change animations, which works, but couldn't figure out how to do it so they will randomly pick one animation per use.
