Gives Royal Vampire Lord appearance when wearing Vampire Royal Armor

VER 2 NOTE: BY POPULAR DEMAND THIS MOD NO LONGER RELIES ON VAMPIRE ROYAL ARMOR; INSTEAD YOUR VAMPIRE LORD FORM CHANGES AFTER YOU DEFEAT HARKON; Also removed cape from female VLs
VER3 NOTE: Fixed a small bug where players wouldn't be able to re-equip amulets after changing back from Vampire Lord Form
This mod grants the player the Vampire Lord Royal Armor appearance after defeating Harkon the the end of Dawnguard
