A Mystical Island Retreat player home/treehouse set on Lake Ilinalta. Now with two versions of the Treehouse, Small and Large!

Dovahkiin's Island Retreat
Dovahkiin had just finished weeks of adventures in Solstheim where the Giant Mushroom trees inspired him
to build a house of his own high in the sky! He returned to Tamriel and set out to build an Island Retreat
where he could enjoy his Mead with a view!
Features:
VERSION 1.2 - Small Treehouse
VERSION 2.0 - Large Treehouse - Same features as listed in Version 1.2 except the Treehouse is larger and added the following:

Compatibility:
This mod uses all vanilla base game textures. Any mod that alters textures on Architecture, Trees, Flora etc.. will have impact on the appearance of Dovahkiin's Island Retreat. For better or worse. I used a renamed copy of the Magic Reach tree (which is the foundation tree for the treehouse),
so any mods that alter the only magic reach tree mesh in the game, should not alter mine. See Recommended mods below!
Any mod that might place objects in the NW corner of Lake Ilinalta may conflict. See map location marker in the images.
Known Conflicts :
Zenika Ruins : Places a portal at the base of the Dovahkiin's Island Retreat Tree
The People Of Skyrim Complete SSE : Installs the prior mod Zenika Ruins
Mammoth Manor : Alters the lake bottom around Island Retreat. (Version 2.0 Can be used with Mammoth Manor)
Requirements:
Skyrim SSE
Because ALL vanilla components were used to make this mod, it is fun to see how
different texture mods affect the appearance. I found the best results using the following:

Noble Skyrim Mod HD-2K -What a difference it makes on the treehouse!! Love it! See pics before and after.
Tree Bark in High Definition - A substantial improvement in the Magic Tree Texture. I didn't see any performance impact on the Island.
Thistle by Mari SE - A thistle plant replacement that looks great on the island! I used the 2k.
Mountain Flower by Mari SE - Many flower mods can change the shape of the vanilla mesh too much. This one is perfect for the island!

Features:
VERSION 1.2 - Small Treehouse
- Small player home treehouse, with a float lift, and a direct teleport to his Grotto Bar.
- A custom Book/Diary in a chest next to the bed with storyline.
- A Grotto Bar built under the roots of the Magic reach Tree! (with Bard stage, Bard, Bartender, Patron, and Waitress NPC's)
- Mysterious sewer Pipe in Grotto.
- Alchemy and Enchanting lab.
- Underground Dwemer pump facility that powers the Island's Waterfall.
- Island Waterfall, with a deep pool, and lots of idle markers for NPCs to relax as well.
- Poolside Bard to serenade you.
- Two dedicated Dovahkiin Island Retreat NPC guards with dialogue.
- Skyforge area with storage.
VERSION 2.0 - Large Treehouse - Same features as listed in Version 1.2 except the Treehouse is larger and added the following:
- Forge area was moved to the treehouse, and was replaced by another pool and waterfall with hidden steps leading to two different areas of the cave.
- Outdoor BBQ Deck
- Custom kitchen, bath, guest room, mannequins, and display racks.
- Treehouse is now a separate cell and will not rain inside.
- Skylab added high in the tree with open windows (exterior Cell, will rain inside)
- Followers Rest - A new room connected to the Grotto and Island walkway for your followers to sleep.
Limitations:
- Not an adoption friendly home.
- Treehouse float-lift will only work with player, but follower NPC's will use teleports to join you in the treehouse.
- I opted to build an exterior tree house with no load door. Occasionally when it rains, the floor gets wet, but it doesn't rain inside. Hey...It's a treehouse! Version 2.0 uses an interior cell and does not rain inside.
