Hi! Thank you all very much for your feedback! I appreciate it. Feel free to leave your feedback and upload your screenshots.
To improve the vanilla water I use the mod: Lightweight Water Overhaul, since this is a light and realistic mod.(https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/90dp6l/lightweight_water_overhaul/). Settings of water In the Clarity ENB are made with this mod in mind. If you are not satisfied with the water settings in Clarity ENB, try the water settings from the user xlwarrior (thank him for this):
I have a question: I'm using any ENB preset with such performance configs and INIs. But every time when I starting my game with dxgi.dll + d3d11.dll as actives (for ENB or ReShades, ofcourse) - my FPS going from 244+ to 10-15 maximum. What is it? How I can fix that? Which SKSE or DLL plugins can make those troubles? Why I have ton of freezes and monitor stucks for 2-4 sec delays? Why other boost plugins didnt helps? Why most performance friendly configs still lagged as hell? It's very very very very very very very very uncomfortable thing... But I'm want to play with ENB, not in raw Skyrim on DirectX9 engine, like LE. I tested much of presets, settings, INIs, addons etc, but still have that problem... Have anyone notice what is going on?

(again) It's not cos:
- heavy scripting and long loads - ton of mods - Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini - full HD - HDT or SMP - papyrus (or something around)
If somebody start guessing about that and after writing not-helped comments. My d3d9.dll own assembly with 3K+ active mods flying on 244+ FPS. I figurated ONLY the ENB troubles. (Quote words, again x2).
One of the best realistic ENBs. Can be very lightweight for your performance, once you configure it a bit, without losing almost any quality. I use most ENBs with Imaginator, a very simple tool to set the contrast, saturation, tints, etc.
Could you add the 1.4 changes to the multipurpose version too, please? I use RAID weathers, which makes the visible darkness or light a good estimate for detection values. I've used the weather mods where I can't see NPCs 5 feet in front of me but they see me fine. No more.
You could probably just make the multi-purpose version use AGCC those extra values you added to the 1.4 version sound great. Thank you.
Hi! Separately, the candle light in the ENB does not change. The candle light changes in ESP, there is a patcher in the ENB Light mod that changes the brightness of candles, try it. Also try changing the following settings in weather section (but this can change not only the light of candles, but also torches, bonfires, etc.):
A year later, Several different mod lists, hundreds of ENB's and here I am... Back again. Using this with the extra saturation and extra sharpness alongside Mythical Weathers and I simply cannot match the beauty this provides no matter what combination of mods I use, I did add "ON TOP Reshade" to top it all off and damn... This is still as stunning as ever!
Thank you! Of course, you can use any water mod. If necessary, you can use the settings from the xlwarrior user, under the spoiler in the sticked post.
God's be praised. This a beautiful enb. I have struggled to find one that compliments Cathedral Weathers well. This is it!. Great exteriors and interiors! Well Done.

So, any ideas?
The only issue is the torch when i use Mythical Ages version, any ideas which could cause this?
If you are still interested, here is the answer:
try to reduce the intensity of lightsprites in INI files under [LIGHTSPRITE].

> install Patch with your mod manager from folder 2_Patches, load order:
?1."weather mod".esp
???2.?ENBImageSpaceFix.esp
??3.??"Patch".esp
Appreciate it. Thanks
Quick question, what do I need to change in order to dim candle light a bit? It's a bit bright for my taste (interior light in general is fine).
1. [LIGHTSPRITE] - IntensityInterior
2. [FIRE] - IntensityInterior
3. [COMPLEXPARTICLELIGHTS] - IntensityInterior
