As both Beyond Bruma and Tomebound have unlock spells and there is no sense in having two cluttering up the place, I've created this mod to completely alter the level lists of Tomebound to replace Tomebounds equivalent unlocking spells entirely with Brumas, both Spell books and Scrolls are replaced and are available in various spell establishments instead of Tomebounds, also makes the spells work in relation to your perks.
