there's a new mcm and the mod now requires spell perk item distributor, epic
regarding the future of this mod, i want to implement some of the stuff from here: https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/iluoy8/animelike_aura_mod/
i'll probably split the mod into an fx-only version (how it is now) and a gameplay version with some of the aforementioned mechanics.

lol i got bored with this mod, but i'm (hopefully) making a new one, so peel your eyeballs for that
Your mod is amazing. It has made my first full on mage playthrough the most epic and awesome feeling ever. I also love dbz so that's probably why. I have a suggestion though. Is it possible to make a delay timer of some sorts? I mean like after you put away, sheathe your magic/weapon whatever aura you had stays active for a time you set? Like a setting for the MCM that you can adjust in seconds. I want that Super Saiyan feeling of epiceness when you just walk up all slow and casual looking like a badass XD. Idk what you think? I personally think this mod would go ultra-instinct if you added that feature. But once again, great work your mod is on my list of essentials like 100% I will never play skyrim without this mod. Cheers
Im trying to make this aura mod functions as a power instead (the Z button to activate power), I've added other magic effects like fortify one-hand, health and health regen, Ancestor's Wrath etc. to the aura activator Spell itself.
So far everything works, except when I pressed the Z button while the Power is still active (The active affects of the Spell are still on), the Power did get its buffs' duration refreshed, but the Aura visual effects are gone.
I figured out that it must be the script from the aura mod that I've incorporated into this custom power mod intended for personal use.
So I took a look inside the Aura activator script (the .psc source script file). It has a section of scripts that is in charge of turning off the Aura upon button prompt (In my case, it's the Z button instead of the intended Left/Right mouse buttons).
I really want to fix this cooldown mechanic problem of the script, but I don't know how to do script-related edits (my bad).
Hey! I'm SUPER sorry if this is a dumb question but my brain is very small and easily confused by specific words.
Does this require a new game if we've NEVER had it installed on one of our saves before? I was reading the changelogs and from my understanding, users who had the 1.01 version who upgraded to the 2.0 version would need a new save but I just wanted to check if that counts for people who never had 1.01 on their save. Thanks!

i spend most of my time in new vegas land, so sorry about the sparse updates
But I prefer old versions withou MCM because with new update, this mod is incompatible with Immersive Spells.
Best regards!
