Brief:  Become a Travel Master.  Bend time and space to instantly travel to known locations.

Description:  By the grace of the Ten Divines, you have mastered the Art of Travel, and have become a Travel Master.  Use the Staff of the Travel Master to bend time and space, and instantly travel to known locations.  Interior, exterior, in combat; doesn't matter.

Locations:  Non-customizable: The nine major cities of Skyrim (Dawnstar, Falkreath, Markarth, Morthal, Riften, Solitude, Whiterun, Windhelm, Winterhold).  Customizable: The eight Aedra (Akatosh, Arkay, Dibella, Julianos, Kynareth, Mara, Stendarr, Zenithar), Talos - Hero of Mankind, and Silana - Dragonborn Champion.

How to Obtain:  You'll be able to craft the "Staff of the Travel Master" at any Staff Enchanter.

Game Version:  Tested with Skyrim SE: 1.2.39.0

Compatibility:  If you think a mod might delete objects in a cell that you've made a custom location, then load this mod AFTER that mod.  In fact, placing this mod so that it loads last won't hurt a single thing.  (My mod plays nicely with others.)  So go ahead, load it last.  (If you are unable to travel to a customized location, and changing the load order doesn't help, then completely uninstall this mod, load the game, save, reinstall mod, and set up your customized locations again.)

Note:  Currently, I see no way to force your followers to travel with you.  It's easy in FO4.  Not even a clue how to do it in SSE.  So until I discover a way to find out the IDs of ALL your current followers, they may or may not appear right away after you travel.  They WILL eventually show up, so never fear.  (PC users can cheat to make them show up, as always.)
