She's basically just a Two Handed Warrior, (Not a proud Dragonborn though)-- And also she's a potential marriage candidate if you want to pursue in marrying her.
Where can she be found?
In the College of Winterhold, Specifically in the Arcanaeum. If you see her naked once you meet her, just ask her to follow you and take and give back her armor, and it should be fine.
