   i've tried to download the mod twice via nmm but it keeps stopping at 99%. anything i should check from my end?

      I would try it manually as I didn't set anything up for download through NMM so I'm not sure how it works.

      The file path looks good so no reason not to use a mod manager. Not sure why your D/L would be stopping short. Maybe remove it and try again?

      Nope, looks like he just batch applied some contrast and sharpening adjustments. along with some slight color changes here and there.

    I think it would have been better published under the "Models and textures" category since it does NOT add any new armor or weapon.
